This is how my newspaper is looking at the moment. All that is left to do is add my image.
To see the images i may use for my Newpaper you can find them on my Flikr photo stream by following this link;

Monday 13th December
Now that i have created my master head, bottom advert (pyramids) and side advert (Jobs Daily), i have also included a small story on the side of my newspaper, i decided to include this as i noticed it was a common trate between newspapers, the small story read;
XFACTOR SCAM- Television ratings for one of England's biggest programs of the 21st century have plummeted after contestant was unfairly dismissed from the competition.Full story page 6.
I have now put in a reference to the football/sport section of my paper buy including the table of the championship (football league) as well this lesson, i chose this as football is a common interest between many of the local people within the area, it seemed as though The News used this in their layout a lot as well, thus helping towards the 'real life' look of my newspaper.
I have chosen a temporary headline until i find a image that i feel is front page worthy just so i have my newspaper prepared so all that is left to do is insert a main picture.
Below are the 3 main areas i have been working on this lesson; sports/football league, small story and temporary headline.

Monday 6th December
In this lesson i looked at creating my small stories for the edge of my news papers front page. I set up my Flickr account so i can upload my photos for the paper next lesson and started creating another advert for the job section of my paper. As i aim to feature a story, job advert and link to sports in my right hand column, i knew that this advert had to be small yet effective. Most of my paper was in black, white and grey and i though using a strong blue tone would draw my readers attention. Here is the small advertisement for my job section of my newspaper;

After changing my font, i finished my mast head. I added a logo, webpage, date and edition to create authenticity. I decided that greys, blues and blacks were appropriate for my style of news paper as they are clear and easy to read, they portray an image of a stylish and modern paper and thats what i am hoping to gain. Here is my Finished masterhead;
